Type 2 dreamspray, in large amounts, may or may not trigger wild weather.

Corruption factor

Because people call dreamspray "psychic powers," they cannot speak about it. Mixed nuts (dumbest drug dealers and addicts) will attack and/or withdraw information for fun and crime; this invites 24 hour attacking and automatic lie (trick or fool them command) holograms.  The MNs will keep using, "I do not believe in psychic powers!"  Wonder where they learned to say that.

Counterattacking effectively

The public has to  directly dreamspray attack the MNs en masse.  Call the MNs crazy people in voice (if they're out loud) and via hologram. Withdrawing the drug or illegal information as a dreamspray hologram may work.  W-2 traps (random testing at most businesses) may be effective.

Note:  Witdrawal of information attack is very easy to defend against.  Corroborating information is necessary even if you use "automatically defeat him," just to get rid of whoever-it-is.
