I'm aware of the "dual use" problem. Israelis are afraid the Palestinians or Hamas will build bunkers or use the blocks for military purposes and put restrictions on the amount of cement, sand, and gravel or aggregate that can be transported across the border.
My idea is to use violence reducing methods and technology to improve Jewish reputation by teaching Palestinians and other nationalities economic and financial methods. For example, the Israeli Defence Forces can adopt my M1 Finance idea, Sotheby's Peace Pie, in GALLERY item #2 below and let the world know how they are helping via YouTube.
The goal is fewer Jewish deaths or more Jewish lives saved worldwide.
Killing innocent people increases the number of deaths. Eliminate bomb the bus on both sides.
Cinder Block Problem
The Green Cake Block probably reduces violence capability, not increases it.
Here's why.
Israeli bombs create a lot of Gazan rubble, chunks of rocks from buildings that can be dropped or thrown at Israeli soldiers. Manufacturing Green Cake Blocks takes in lots of rubble, thus reducing the chance rocks will be used against the military.
A Green Cake Block weighs 2.7 MPa. Building bunkers is probably possible. An AI drone with scanning technology can be used to counter the advantage and/or Israelis can build their own inexpensive bunkers.
GreenCake founder and CEO, Majd Mashharawi is against using Green Cake for military purposes and has arguments with Hamas officials.
The Beneficial Palestinian's Alternative (or Israeli) Rights
Rent out the entire mass manufactured print-a-house in and/or outside of Gaza. Houses prevent hell from breaking loose because you can rent them out.
"Airbnb" and add amenities...whatever benefits your finances and the economy.
Travel with special status VISA = your additional or alternative rights!
While money keeps flowing into the Gazan economy, nicely ask Israelis for special trade zone status to benefit both economies and reduce attacks via voting. Sample violence reduction program voted in: Toy vending machine with a message for kids. Palestinian flag, light bulb, and Israeli flag with "We are here to help you!" List income methods!
The Israelis can make a huge profit by mass producing and/or exporting Green Cake.
I'll add extra information to help you along your path.
Did the Jewish people pay for the land and property? You cannot usurp Palestinian law.
Let the Jewish people stay. At this time their technology makes recovery much faster!
Hamas' plan is not working, too slow, and safely ask if they are lying about winning wars with the Israelis.
Can Hamas fly a military fighter jet? If not, your money is being helluv wasted!
Technology is not advanced enough for Qassam 3 rockets for shooting down warplanes!
Hamas is not good with the economy!
